As Halloween's sugar rushes are hopefully starting to wind down, SUP is ramping up for another great soccer filled Saturday. Along with that, is the announcement of SUP's newest Player of the Week!
This week's Player highlight is Ceirrah Gould from Mission Meadows Elementary! You may remember her as Supergirl at our Young at Heart Halloween Festival! Everyone here at SUP can attest that Ceirrah has got Super Skills on the soccer field too!
Ceirrah has shown a tenacity for the game of soccer, wanting to learn new skills and ball control. This has translated to the field, as her game has significantly grown. She is a duel threat on both sides of the field, making opportunities to score and come back and defend. Of course, Player of the Week is about players who show signs of leadership. Ceirrah is no different, her willingness to grow and succeed is an incredibly positive influence on her peers and teammates.
"Ceirrah is an excellent player and works well with her teammates! She has great leadership skills and patience for the other kids. Ceirrah is self motivated to get the game going and participates in every game. She also challenges herself to do better everyday. Overall she is an excellent student and I am proud to be her coach." - Coach Jen
